As a Software Project Lead – Product & Platform Engineering, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end software product development programs and driving the successful execution of complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives. This role requires ownership of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including product requirements, architecture reviews, development, quality assurance, release management, deployment, and post-release support.You will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams comprising Product Management, Software Development, Platform Engineering, Quality Assurance, DevOps, and Sustenance Engineering, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical strategy, and delivery commitments.

This position plays a critical role in supporting innovation and digital product development initiatives for Marmon Foodservice Technologies through Marmon GIC.
Mandatory Skills:

Program & Project Leadership
- Lead software product development programs from concept through production deployment and sustainment.
