About the team:
Walmart’s Store Fulfillment team integrates stores, eCommerce, operations, product, and technology to transform order fulfillment at scale. The team reimagines the entire fulfillment process—from order receipt to picking, staging, and dispense—focusing on creating efficient, productive, and sustainable solutions. Collaborating across Store Operations, eCommerce, Product, Technology, and Supply Chain, the team addresses complex challenges including labor optimization and intelligent work orchestration. This group drives innovation to enhance customer experiences and operational excellence, delivering scalable solutions that support thousands of stores and millions of orders while enabling frontline associates to succeed.
What you'll do:

• Lead the development and execution of operations strategies across multiple divisions to drive performance improvements and align with business objectives.
• Oversee large-scale projects, managing timelines, budgets, and communication to ensure successful implementation and operational excellence.
• Analyze data and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and support decision-making aligned with customer experience goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and implement innovative business solutions.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through talent management, coaching, and succession planning.
• Promote integrity, compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement throughout operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 6 years’ experience in operations, project
management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
4 years’ supervisory experience.
