Description
Earn $16.26–$19.93 an hour bringing music, games, and conversation to residents at Vista Prairie at Copperleaf in Willmar. Two part-time openings, daytime hours only, no evenings or nights.
Copperleaf is an assisted living and memory care community. In this role, you'll help residents stay active, connected, and engaged through activities built around what they actually enjoy.
What You'll Do
- Help plan and lead group and one-on-one activities: games, music, gentle exercise, and conversation
- Support residents in using their physical and mental abilities during programs
- Encourage residents to join in and take part
- Build friendly, familiar relationships so residents look forward to seeing you
- Keep the mood upbeat and positive during activities
- Perform bus driver duties when applicable
What You'll Need
Required:
- Able to do hands-on physical tasks, like leading exercise or moving around the community
- Experience with Both activities programs AND dementia/memory care support required
- Able to read, write, and follow instructions
Preferred:
- High school diploma or GED

Schedule
Part-Time. 2 Positions Available. Aide 1: Mon, Fri, Sat, Sun 9am - 12pm. Tues, Weds, Thurs, 9am - 12pm. | Aide 2: Tues, Wed, Thurs, 9am - 12pm. Mon, Fri, Sat, Sun 9am-12pm
