Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Compliance in Bristol, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and support daily operations with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, office spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or access concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
