Associate Manager- Finance

Overview

Support the PFNA Pricing Strategy team with day-to-day reporting, projects, and ad hoc requests. This role provides an opportunity to build strong business knowledge of Pricing actions, understand their impact, and track performance

 

 

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex reports to track Pricing actions, PPA performance, and performance across brands and occasions
• Prepare weekly and periodic reports and presentations to track PPA performance and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Support the Pricing Strategy team with project-related work and analysis.
• Support the development and validation of PFNA RGM Power BI dashboards.
• Support ad hoc requests by pulling data from IRI and providing insights to the team.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and provide support during absences or whenever additional help is needed

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or a related field; preferably with a postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory, including experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Knowledge of Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, or other data and automation tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of IRI (Circana) data and reporting is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
• Capable of managing multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong attention to data accuracy and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work well in a team environment.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, along with courtesy, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills with good proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
