Technical Requirements

  • Experience implementing, administering, and supporting Tanium (Core, Asset, Deploy, Discover, Patch, Provision) or comparable endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune or SCCM/MECM.
  • Highly experienced creating, testing, packaging, deploying, and maintaining enterprise software packages and application deployments, including lifecycle management, version control, deployment validation, and troubleshooting.
  • End-Of-Life and vulnerability software remediation.
  • Strong experience managing enterprise environments across multiple locations.
  • Advanced scripting and automation skills, particularly PowerShell.
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring and performance management tools such as Datadog, ControlUp, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory and Group Policy, IP networking concepts and design, Endpoint and infrastructure security best practices, Intel-based workstation and server hardware, Storage Area Network (SAN) technologies, Virtualization technologies, System monitoring, event analysis, and troubleshooting as it relates to system management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in enterprise systems administration, endpoint management, infrastructure support, or a related technical discipline.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and experience may be considered.
