Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of project deliverables and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with various teams to align technical solutions with project goals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong understanding of treasury and risk management processes within SAP environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FSCM TRM modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP FSCM TRM applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP FSCM TRM and other SAP or third-party systems.
- Skilled in analyzing business processes and translating them into effective technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
