Description
As an Oracle RMC Manager at Accenture, you will join the Oracle Security Delivery team and lead large or multiple medium-sized Oracle Fusion Security projects. You will own end-to-end project delivery to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments, ensuring service quality and efficiency, managing delivery outcomes, and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through upselling and cross-selling. You will act as a subject matter expert, manage and enable your team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage across multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems that span teams. Advanced proficiency in Project Management is required, advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion Security is mandatory, and advanced proficiency in Oracle Cloud is suggested.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end security design, build, testing, and go-live activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including Risk Management & Compliance (RMC), Advanced HCM Controls, network restrictions (LBAC, sign-on policies), role design (data security profiles, SoD), data protection and auditing, API security, SIEM integration, SCIM, and SAML integrations.
- Maintain a strong functional and technical understanding of all Oracle SaaS applications (HCM, Finance, SCM, EPM, Primavera, Sales Cloud, Retail) and OCI services (OIC, API Gateway, Firewalls, WAF, KMS, Vault, Cloud Guard).
- Communicate directly with client stakeholders and follow the agreed governance model for project status and progress, including daily stand-ups, weekly status updates, monthly status reviews, and SteerCo meetings.
- Own project charter documentation, including the kickoff deck, project plan, RACI, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Plan, schedule, and execute design workshops with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and finalize the technical solution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align project objectives with client expectations and business goals.
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Build the architecture and implement role-based access control (RBAC), data security policies, and segregation of duties (SoD) frameworks across all Fusion modules.
- Ensure solution compliance with UAE data residency, privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into security configurations, roles, and privilege hierarchies.
- Act as the primary security SME liaising with client stakeholders, Oracle support, and third-party auditors during delivery and hypercare.
- Define and maintain Fusion security documentation, including design specs, test scripts, runbooks, and audit-ready evidence packs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 10+ years of Oracle security experience, including at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion security implementation for a large enterprise.
- Advanced proficiency in Project Management, with proven experience leading end-to-end delivery to operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion Security (mandatory).
- Strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle SaaS applications and OCI services, with hands-on expertise implementing RBAC, data security policies, and SoD frameworks across Fusion modules.
- Experience leading design workshops, project governance forums (stand-ups, status reviews, SteerCo), and hypercare with client stakeholders.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage senior client stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Security certifications.
- Prior UAE/GCC project exposure and familiarity with regional data residency and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Cloud.
- Proven ability to identify and convert follow-on work through upselling and cross-selling.
