Overview 

Our client is a MNC company and they are looking for a business-facing functional consultant to support a major oracle retail implementation.

What you will do

  • Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to gather, clarify and consolidate business requirements.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, process-mapping and fit-gap discussions.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and work with system integrators and technical teams on solution delivery.
  • Support finance-related Oracle Retail processes, including sales audit, invoice matching, deals/rebates, financial reconciliation and system integrations.
  • Coordinate data migration activities, including data validation, mapping and reconciliation with business users.
  • Support SIT and UAT planning, test-case preparation, defect tracking and user sign-off.
  • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, training materials and user guides.
  • Support change management, user training, go-live readiness and post-go-live hypercare.
  • Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams supporting the Hong Kong and Macau rollout.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting or related dsicipline is preferred. 
  • Around 5–8 years of experience in ERP functional consulting, business analysis or implementation projects.
  • Experience working with Oracle Retail, ideally with exposure to MFCS / Merchandising, Sales Audit, Invoice Matching, Deals & Rebates or related retail finance processes.
  • Strong understanding of finance-related business processes in a retail, consumer, distribution or multi-site operating environment.
  • Proven experience engaging business stakeholders, running workshops and translating requirements into functional solutions.
  • Exposure to project implementation activities such as data migration, SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover or go-live support.
  • Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Fluent English is essential, with the ability to lead discussions and produce clear business and project documentation.
  • Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be an advantage.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail MFCS, SACS, IMCS or Deals & Rebates / Trade Management.
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country ERP implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with master data, purchasing, supplier management, invoicing, reconciliation or finance-system integrations.
  • Experience in retail, supermarket, fashion, beauty, consumer goods or distribution businesses.
