Summary:
As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. This role requires continuous monitoring and management to uphold protection standards, ensure compliance with relevant policies, and maintain operational resilience. The practitioner actively coordinates with various stakeholders to address evolving security needs, adapting strategies to safeguard assets and support business continuity. The position demands a proactive approach to managing security challenges while fostering a secure and compliant environment for clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve security service delivery and operational processes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and managing identity governance and administration solutions.
- Ability to analyze security requirements and implement appropriate controls within client environments.
- Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements related to identity management.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to identity lifecycle management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
