For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in software testing and test automation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Significant experience with automated testing tools (Playwright, Cypress); hands-on experience with Playwright is mandatory or must be quickly acquired if coming from other tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress).
- A background in Finance or familiarity with Trade Finance activities is essential (guarantees, documentary credits, collections, loans, import/export operations).
- Experience in large-scale or complex projects, preferably in trading or financial services.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Solid experience in functional and regression testing, integration testing, and defect management.
- Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Xray or similar).
- Ability to design test frameworks and manage test data.
- Good understanding of web technologies (HTTP, REST APIs, browser behavior) and basic database concepts (SQL queries for verification).
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for hybrid work, 2x a week, based in Lisbon (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
