High Focus Centers – Lawrenceville Outpatient is seeking a compassionate Licensed Counselor to join our clinical team providing PHP & IOP treatment for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.

🎓 FREE Licensure Supervision!
🕘 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week | Flexible scheduling
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling
- Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment goals
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and the multidisciplinary treatment team
- Complete clinical documentation and Level of Care assessments
- Coordinate with referral sources and outside providers
- Support aftercare planning and continuity of care
- Contribute to curriculum development and clinical programming
What You Bring
Required Licensure: LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC — or actively working toward licensure with Master's degree
