We have partnered with a leading wood architectural door manufacturer in an exclusive search for a Plant Manager. It is a family-owned company with a high base and 5% of company net income as a bonus at the end of the year.
What You'll Do
- Either lead manufacturing in Fredericksburg, MD (15 reports and 4 direct production leads) or Atlanta, GA (7 direct reports)
- Responsible for production efficiency and accuracy
- Experience in door products is a huge plus, but open to someone from building products in a plant manager capacity
