In this role, you will support architectural and engineering projects from initial design through construction documents. You will lead CAD/BIM standards and workflows, review drawings for quality, provide technical support to the team, and supervise BIM Coordinators. Projects include new construction and renovations across federal, commercial, and industrial sectors.
This is a temp to possible permanent position that will start off on site with opportunity for hybrid schedule.
- 10+ years of experience in an architectural or engineering firm, or a similar role
- Strong Revit and BIM experience, including project setup, family creation, and model development
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Ability to establish drafting standards, conduct quality reviews, and support production teams
- Experience supervising BIM Coordinators
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, drafting, or a related field
- Eligibility for a U.S. security clearance
- Federal project experience and Bluebeam Revu proficiency preferred
