MISSIONS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SERVICES WORKS DIRECTOR OR SERVICES WORKS MANAGER • Become familiar with, and analyze, the cases • Establish quotes in relation to the projects and/or analyze tender files • Ensure the building site’s preparation by integrating the company’s SQE and productivity procedures • Negotiate and launch supplier orders and sub-contractor contracts • Propose the execution budgets depending on the type of business project • Set up the resources needed to ensure in-house production • Organize, coordinate and control the sub-contracted works • Ensure compliance with the contractual clauses and manage the works schedule of the business projects • Establish invoices and pay requests and make sure they are paid • Ensure the delivery, including the resolution of deviations and the total completion liability guarantee • Guarantee client satisfaction and maintain commercial relations with recurrent clients • Provide training on work station safety for the personnel under your responsibility • Check that the necessary driving/operating authorizations are obtained. • Establish/update and implement the health and safety protection/prevention plan • Establish the DICT (declaration of the intention to begin work) • Ensure the implementation of the building site work and protective equipment, and check to make sure it is compliant JOB REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION 2-5 years’ higher education FIELDS OF STUDY: Building - Civil engineering - Maintenance – Refurbishment or redevelopment REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Beginner or experience in works or services works JOB ENVIRONMENT INTERNAL Cost/Structures/Methods studies offices - Accounting - SQE - Logistics - HR - Customer service EXTERNAL: All those involved in the act of building and maintaining assetsVotre profil :
Idéalement issu-e d'une formation supérieure dans le domaine du BTP type Bac+2, vous disposez d'une expérience de 2 ans minimum dans le domaine des travaux.
Dynamique et autonome vous êtes reconnu-e pour votre rigueur, votre organisation et appréciez le travail en équipe.
