Heartline Staffing is recruiting Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a 26-week healthcare assignment in South Mountain, Pennsylvania. Three openings are currently available on day shift.
Pay Package
- $1,600 gross weekly
- $40.00/hour
- $51.00/hour overtime rate
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
Assignment Details
- 26-week contract
- Long-Term Care setting
- Day shift: 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
- 5x8 schedule
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- 3 openings
- Every other weekend
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
What You Will Do
- Provide direct nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
- Monitor patients and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare team members
- Administer medications and treatments as permitted within scope and facility protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, nursing staff and other members of the healthcare team
- Follow established safety, infection prevention and facility procedures
- Support consistent, patient-centered care throughout the assigned shift

Requirements
- Current, active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Nursing experience appropriate to the assignment
- Ability to provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Must be able to work the 6:45 AM–3:15 PM day shift
- Must be available to work every other weekend
- Must meet all applicable Commonwealth and facility requirements prior to placement
Preferred: Previous psychiatric or mental health nursing experience and current BLS/CPR certification.
Licensure, experience and required credentials will be verified prior to submission.
