What you’ll do

• Grow customer relationships. Ask thoughtful questions, identify opportunities, and recommend deposit, lending, and digital banking solutions that fit each customer’s needs.
• Drive branch results. Follow up on opportunities, document sales activity in our CRM, and participate in branch campaigns and community events.
• Deliver excellent service. Open and maintain consumer and business accounts, assist with digital banking, and resolve customer questions with care and confidence.
• Support lending needs. Help customers with loan applications, advances, disbursements, payments, and payoffs.
• Keep the branch running smoothly. Process transactions accurately; balance your cash drawer; and assist with ATM, vault, recycler, and end-of-day activities.
• Protect our customers and the bank. Follow security, dual control, and compliance procedures; stay alert to potential fraud; and escalate unusual activity through the appropriate channels.
• Show up for the community. Represent Savers Bank through financial education, outreach, and volunteer opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

• At least one year of relationship selling experience at a bank or credit union, including success identifying customer needs and recommending banking products and services.
• A customer-first approach and the confidence to start conversations, ask for business, and follow through.
• Experience with deposit accounts, consumer lending, wire transfers, and digital banking services.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to accurate transactions and banking compliance.
• Comfort using banking systems, CRM tools, computers, and office equipment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Branch Manager. The role involves moving throughout the branch, working at a computer for portions of the day, occasionally lifting items under 20 pounds, and occasional travel to other branches or community events.
