YOUR MISSION
Be responsible for leading licensing for PUMA Motorsport (strategy, definition, and negotiation of contractual rights…)
Create and track business plans for Tier 1 partnerships
Establish, lead, and develop the Motorsport Licensing & Business Development team with a strong business understanding and service mentality
Be responsible for all aspects of performance management and professional development of the team, including recruitment, development plans, providing constructive feedback, appraisals, and exit processes
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture by actively engaging team members, promoting open communication, and implementing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and well-being
Drive the creation and implementation of business plans for top global teams
Be responsible for ensuring that product strategy is delivered and followed through across all Motorsport business segments (be the owner of the pre-seasonal alignment)
Implement a collaborative business approach towards regions, areas, and markets to grow the Motorsport business in collaboration with the Global Sales Team
Oversee and steer key strategic projects, e.g., digitalization, Motorsport on e-commerce, consumer insights, etc.
Be responsible for steering operational excellence in the Business Unit to optimize processes and drive digitalization
Implement and oversee accurate reporting and KPI management across the Teamsport Business Unit
Implement agile teams and agile ways of working
Be the Motorsport business partner for top customers, owning the sell-in master presentation
Be the Motorsport business partner for e-commerce and retail.
YOUR TALENT
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum 10 years of international experience in Licensing, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, or Product Management within a top-tier international sports company, including at least 3 years of leadership experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Credible knowledge of the sportswear/fashion industry preferred
General knowledge of the international retail environment and an interest in new trends and technologies
Awareness of agile working methods to foster collaboration with key stakeholders
Strong leadership skills; high initiative, high energy, passion, decisiveness, attention to detail, and confidence
Strong analytical skills and overall business acumen
Ability to present convincingly
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
