Operations Intern – Tenant Services & Apartment Management (f/m/d)

You like being on the move, you get stuck in, and you keep a clear head even when several things are happening at once? Then we're looking for you to join our Operations team. As an intern, you'll be the link between our apartments, our tenants, and our internal team – on the ground across Berlin and in the system.

YOUR MISSION

• Handle tenant communication in German and English – friendly, clear, and solution-oriented
• Run on-site appointments: apartment checks, condition assessments, move-outs and handovers
• Take care of key management – from handing over keys on-site to managing them in-house
• Document and log everything around tenant move-ins and move-outs carefully and traceably
• Take care of errands whenever things need to move fast
• Work with our CRM systems and support the digital management of tenancies
• Use AI tools to get recurring tasks done more efficiently

 

YOUR PROFILE

• You're reliable, well-organized, and keep track even with a lot going on in parallel
• You communicate confidently in German and English, written and spoken
• You're mobile and happy to be out and about across Berlin
• You're comfortable with digital tools and systems and pick up new ones quickly
• You have at least 3 months to spare
• You're up for a varied role where no two days look the same
