About the Role

Desort is expanding nationwide and looking for motivated professionals to join us as Client Acquisition Consultants. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, generating new business, and developing long‑term partnerships across industries such as Dental, Medical, Veterinary, Optometry, and Legal.

This is a performance‑driven opportunity with full flexibility and uncapped earning potential.

Important: This is a commission‑only position with no base salary or guaranteed pay.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with business owners and key decision‑makers
• Generate new business through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and outreach
• Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective clients
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs
• Present Desort’s talent solutions and create customized proposals
• Negotiate agreements and close new business
• Maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
• Drive repeat business, referrals, and portfolio growth
• Track activity and performance in the CRM
• Collaborate with Desort’s internal team to support client success

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or account management
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Confident prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Ability to manage the full business development cycle independently
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely
• Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn outreach, or lead‑generation tools
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with commission‑only compensation
