Conviva Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician for our clinic in Winter Haven, Florida
As a Primary Care Physician You will work onsite at the Conviva clinic in Venice, FL and report to the associate medical director.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

This position includes a sign-on bonus up to $60,000.

Responsibilities

• You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in geriatric medicine, family medicine or internal medicine
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (or willing to obtain)
• Current, unrestricted DEA license, or must obtain
• Two years' or more experience in primary care, geriatric medicine, or managing chronic conditions

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$255,000 - $298,500 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
