Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Schedule: Monday–Sunday, flexible shifts between 07:00–22:00

Job Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Trust & Safety Specialist, responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to maintain a safe, compliant, and positive online environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content in Arabic and English.
- Identify and address content that violates safety and platform guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency when making content moderation decisions.
Requirements:
- Fluent or native-level Arabic and English.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Eligibility to work in the EU.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sofia and flexible shifts.
Additional Benefits:
- €1,500 gross welcome bonus, paid in two installments.
- On-site training provided.
