- Provide application support and service operations, leveraging ITIL practices across Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management. Coordinate major incident response, assess operational risks and ensure changes are implemented with appropriate testing, validation, rollback and production-readiness considerations.
- Own the operational health and stability of critical Finance applications, including SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass and SAP Concur, ensuring application availability, performance and reliability. Lead the investigation and resolution of complex production issues, recurring incidents and service disruptions, driving root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
- Manage and govern onshore and offshore technology service partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs and operational standards. Drive vendor accountability through service reviews, incident and problem follow-ups, backlog management, escalation management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate across Finance, Procurement and Technology teams including application delivery, infrastructure, integration, database, Information Security and external partners to troubleshoot complex issues and support application changes, upgrades, integrations and business initiatives while maintaining production stability.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, support gaps and manual processes and implementing automation, monitoring, alerting, knowledge management and preventative controls. Use operational metrics and service trends to improve application resilience, reduce incidents and enhance the overall user experience.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise business applications in a complex production environment.
- Demonstrated experience with IT Service Management and ITIL practices, including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management, with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and drive issues through to permanent resolution.
- Experience working with and governing onshore and offshore managed service providers, including SLA/KPI management, service reviews, escalation management, workload prioritization and holding partners accountable for service quality and delivery outcomes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors and senior leaders. A degree or diploma in Finance, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
