Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a department, team, or group of employees
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, appointments, and other routine scheduling activities
  • Prepare, format, file, and maintain documents, records, and correspondence
  • Manage incoming communications and route information, requests, or materials appropriately
  • Support office operations through data entry, reporting, supply coordination, and other clerical tasks as needed
  • Follow established procedures and contribute to efficient, organized administrative processes

Qualifications and Experience

  • Entry-level role suitable for candidates with some administrative, clerical, office support, or customer service experience
  • Typically requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, although equivalent practical exposure may also be considered
  • Basic understanding of office procedures, record management, and administrative processes
  • Working knowledge of standard office tools used for communication, scheduling, and document preparation
  • Secondary education or equivalent is generally sufficient for this role
  • Additional administrative training or vocational preparation may be beneficial

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communication and time management skills
  • Ability to manage routine tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in common office software and administrative systems
