Facilities Manager (m/w/d)
Über die Rolle: Du verantwortest das integrierte Facility Management für unser Life Sciences Kunden in München, sowohl für das Munich Office als auch den München R&D Standort.
Deine Hauptaufgaben:
- Sicherstellung eines sicheren, compliant und effizienten Betriebs beider Standorte
- Primärer Ansprechpartner vor Ort für alle Facility Management Themen
- Steuerung und Performance-Management externer Dienstleister gegen KPIs und SLAs
- Budget- und Kostenverantwortung innerhalb des GMP-Vertrags
- Management von Instandhaltung, technischen Anlagen und Gebäudeservices
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller HSE-Vorschriften und gesetzlichen Anforderungen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Services und Workplace Experience
Dein Profil:
- 2-4 Jahre Facility Management Erfahrung in Corporate, Life Sciences, Pharma oder R&D-Umgebungen
- Fundierte technische Kenntnisse in Gebäudetechnik (HVAC, MSR, Elektrotechnik, BMS, Brandschutz) sowie Laborinfrastruktur
- Erfahrung in der Koordination von Wartungsarbeiten in Labor- und Technikumgebungen
- Kenntnisse in HSE-Compliance für Büro-, Technik- und R&D-Einrichtungen
- Erfahrung im Management ausgelagerter Dienstleister und Vertragsmanagement
- Budget- und Finanzkenntnisse (Forecast, Reporting, Kostenkontrolle)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CAFM/CMMS-Systemen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
