This role is focused on vendor and third-party cooperation across Central and Eastern European countries, handling responsibilities spanning vendor relationship management, compliance oversight, and regional coordination.

Key areas:

  • Operational Execution: Managing day-to-day vendor deliverables such as new hires, terminations, job changes, absences and other, managing employee benefits enrollment, and troubleshooting service issues as they arise
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Managing relationships with HR service providers including benefits administrators, HR providers and technology platforms. This involves serving as primary point of contact and ensuring service quality meets organizational standards across multiple CEE markets
  • Contract Administration: This includes tracking contract expiration dates and ensuring contracts extensions on time
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinating vendor services across multiple CEE countries while managing local variations in requirements and policies. This includes standardizing processes where possible, adapting to country-specific needs, and facilitating communication between employees and vendor contacts
  • Budget and Invoice Management: Verifying, processing and approving invoices across the CEE countries in scope

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience working in the human resources area, with particular emphasis on collaboration with external HR service providers in organizations that do not have an internal HR department
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and advanced communication competencies, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail, highest level of diligence, and methodical approach to managing and transferring data, information, and documentation
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Additionally valued will be practical experience in managing CEE countries
