Mechanical Validation Engineer

This role focuses on validating chassis, suspension, steering, braking, body structures, HVAC, and thermal management systems, ensuring products meet durability, safety, and regulatory requirements. You will develop and execute validation test plans, perform hands‑on mechanical and vehicle testing, collect and analyze data using industry‑standard DAQ tools, and collaborate closely with design engineering to resolve issues and improve system performance.

This is a Temp-to-Perm position required to be fully On-site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
• 3–5+ years of mechanical validation or testing experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, or manufacturing environments
• Hands‑on experience with mechanical testing, instrumentation, and data acquisition
• Proficiency with engineering tools such as: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MATLAB, Microsoft Office
