Description
We're seeking someone to join our MS Analytics, Insights & Measures team as a Full Stack Developer (Java/Angular) with expertise in AI driven development in the Algorithmic Trading department to build the client-facing and internal analytics platforms that support Institutional Equities trading ranging from pre-trade portfolio optimization and hedge construction through real-time order monitoring to post-trade transaction cost analysis.

What you'll do in the role:
1. Implement and integrate user-facing features using Angular, with a focus on modular design and performance.
2. Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java (preferably Java 8+), Spring Boot, and related technologies.
3. Contribute to the function through a range of operational activities and project tasks, developing an understanding of the business and operating environment.
4. Work with reactive programming patterns using RxJS to handle asynchronous data streams.
5. Drive the adoption of GenAI, Copilot, and AI-driven development practices to enhance automation, reporting, and developer productivity.
6. Contribute to the real-time analytics platform that processes every order flowing through the equities electronic trading plant. What you'll bring to the role:
1. Strong technology background with advanced expertise in Angular, Java and related technology stack.
2. Experience in web service development, REST, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
3. Experience with messaging frameworks, caching solutions, and exposure to AI-related technologies.
4. Strong development skills with the ability to understand technical design and translate it into a workable solution.
5. CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, and engineering best practices.
