Description
Job Description:
1. Track daily production, support production team to achieve plan, monitor plant machinery, and fix performance bottlenecks.
2. Timely release production log sheet, ensuring production no delay from document, as well as, improve right first time.
3. Prepare production log sheet for first plant run and first machine run, as well as perform FMEA covering EHS&Q risk assessment.
4. Perform trouble shooting with production team and coordinate with other department to solve production problem.
5. Maintain production record, process control parameter of each machine and use SPC and QC tools for quality control.
6. Analyze, identify bottlenecks, use Lean Six Sigma methodology to improve efficiency and initiate manufacturing efficiency, increase product yield, and lower production cost project.
7. Responsible for recording first plant trial run result and first machine trial run result.
8. Establish standard operating procedure compliance with ISO, HACCP and GMP system, as well as provide training.
9. Coordinate with laboratory team to manage product rework list.
10. Handle new packaging verification step and maintain approved packaging list.
11. Manage and ensure production inventory accuracy.
12. Ensure work environment compliance with safety and quality requirement according to 5S, ISO9001, HACCP and GMP.
13. Perform work according to company assignment.
Qualify
1. Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other related engineering or scientific field.
2. 3+ years of experience in Production, Process or Quality.
3. 3+ year of Experience in plastic industry, compounding process.
4. Basic level of English (Be able to read, write and talk)
5. Have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma - prefer

1. Polymer, Plastic, Pigment and Additive knowledge.
2. Mixer and extruder knowledge.
3 Computer knowledge - Oracle.
4. Production equipment knowledge.
5. Process control and SPC knowledge.
6. Why-Why analysis and Fishbone Diagram.
