In this role, you will serve as a trusted communications partner to fundraising and grants teams, developing compelling donor-focused content that supports cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and recognition efforts. You will create personalized communications, impact reports, fundraising materials, event marketing campaigns, and giving society engagement strategies that strengthen donor relationships and communicate the transformative impact of philanthropic support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop compelling donor communications, proposals, case statements, funding priority materials, and stewardship content that inspire engagement and philanthropic support.

· Partner with Philanthropy Managers, Directors, and grants staff to create personalized communication strategies that cultivate, solicit, retain, and steward donors.

· Create impactful donor recognition materials, acknowledgment letters, celebration communications, impact reports, and fundraising presentations.

· Gather and share stories, accomplishments, donor highlights, and program outcomes that demonstrate the impact of charitable giving.

· Manage communications and marketing efforts for donor appreciation events, fundraising luncheons, VIP gatherings, and giving society initiatives.

· Coordinate multi-channel communications including email campaigns, print materials, website content, social media messaging, sponsorship materials, and presentations.

· Develop communication templates, scripts, and tools that support fundraising and donor engagement strategies across the Foundation.

· Review and approve donor-facing communications to ensure consistency, accuracy, brand alignment, and effective messaging.

· Manage stewardship and donor recognition projects, including design, production, vendor coordination, and fulfillment activities.

· Maintain donor communications calendars and support related photography, video, and creative content projects.

· Analyze donor engagement insights and feedback to enhance donor experiences, communication effectiveness, and retention efforts.

· Manage project budgets and vendor relationships while ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

· Provide direction, coaching, training, and performance feedback to assigned team members in accordance with organizational policies

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred.

· Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in communications, marketing, donor relations, fundraising support, event management, or a related field.

· Experience creating communications materials across multiple platforms and audiences.

· Experience developing persuasive written content, donor-facing communications, or marketing campaigns.

· Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

· Nonprofit, healthcare, fundraising, donor relations, or philanthropic communications experience preferred.

· Experience supporting fundraising or development teams preferred.

· Possess excellent project management, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.

· Demonstrate the ability to translate complex concepts, data, and metrics into clear and compelling communications.

· Embrace collaboration and serve as an effective partner across fundraising, marketing, grants, and leadership teams.

· Display creativity, innovation, resilience, and a growth mindset when addressing challenges and opportunities.

· Ability to utilize donor insights and engagement data to strengthen communications and donor experiences.

· Commitment to ethical fundraising practices, brand standards, and donor-centered engagement strategies.

Physical Requirements

· Work is performed in office, clinical, residential, and community-based environments depending on assignment.

· Remain seated, standing, or walking for extended periods throughout the workday.

· Frequently utilize computers, office technology, and electronic systems.

· Occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

· May be required to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or extended hours based on event schedules and organizational needs.
