Job Description & Summary: A career within….

Responsibilities:

Assist the SAP PMO team in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables.

Help maintain documentation related to SAP project plans, schedules, status reports, risks, and issues.

Support project managers with data collection, reporting, and preparation of presentations for stakeholders.

Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure communication flows smoothly across project teams.

Assist in maintaining project management tools and repositories.

Monitor adherence to project governance and highlight potential delays or bottlenecks.

Help capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP PMO.

Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to gather project updates and support change control processes.

Learn and apply project management best practices and SAP-specific methodologies.
