Job Responsibilities:

Administrar programas de servicio y apoyo al personal validando que se cumplan los principios de la Carta Magna, el Reglamento Interior de Trabajo y la Ley Federal del Trabajo por todos los Colaboradores.

Ser capaz de validar la implementación de los Principios de la Carta Magna, para asegurar que se cuenta con un clima laboral agradable, para que los colaboradores tengan un buen desempeño.

Ser capaz de dar una buena atención y un trato justo a todos los colaboradores apoyándolos en asuntos de relación laboral.

EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN: Licenciatura/Ingeniería

FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA: 3 años en la Industria Automotriz en puesto similar
