Overview

The Data and Analytics (D&A) Consultant II is responsible for the success of business partners implementing and utilizing AI Revenue Management, Demand X, Business Intelligence, and Performance Analytics solutions.

 

The D&A Consultant provides best practices, ideas, and utilization methods that align with client goals to drive superior value and strengthen client partnerships.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring client adoption and success by understanding business challenges and objectives.
  • Creating comprehensive implementation plans.
  • Defining and documenting project scope, organization, schedule, and overall approach.
  • Providing advice, utilization guidance, configuration recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Delivering an exceptional client experience that drives retention and expansion.

The role requires expertise in current-state analysis, strategic business planning, revenue management, industry best practices, technology solutions, and integrations across multiple product families.

The Consultant serves as an escalation point for issues impacting client success, drives activations, reduces implementation time, and maintains strong working relationships across RealPage.

 

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as Success Leader for client deployments and implementations of Revenue Management, Demand X, Business Intelligence, and Performance Analytics solutions.
  • Ensure clients derive maximum value from their RealPage investments and follow agreed-upon best practices.
  • Create, execute, and manage project plans with minimal supervision.
  • Partner with the Implementations Build team to ensure technical implementations meet client expectations.
  • Connect business requirements with the functional capabilities of D&A RealPage products.
  • Formulate and customize solution frameworks for successful implementations.
  • Train business partners, including senior management, to support Revenue Management, Operational, and Data strategies.
  • Support organizational change management efforts.
  • Identify risks to client business goals and develop mitigation plans.
  • Serve as a client advocate promoting industry best practices and administrative services.
  • Contribute to team and departmental initiatives.
  • Build relationships across internal business units and provide implementation support.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of experience in multifamily property management or a related industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% with a minimum of two weeks' notice.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Required

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze and advise on operational factors affecting revenue performance.
  • Expert-level knowledge of one or more RealPage Revenue Management and Data solutions.
  • Knowledge of RealPage products including:AI Revenue Management,YieldStar,LRO,OneSite Leasing and Rents,Performance Analytics,Business Intelligence,Market Analytics,G5 Digital Advertising,Knock,AI Screening,Amenity Optimization,Demand X
  • Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage conflict and foster productive dialogue.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience supporting small and medium-sized accounts with senior management involvement.
  • Proven ability to lead meetings and training workshops.
  • Experience delivering professional presentations.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

Pay Range

USD $94,700.00 - USD $161,300.00 /Yr.
