Job Summary
Please note: This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with no people management responsibilities. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting through to close—building your own pipeline and driving net-new enterprise revenue.
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing net-new enterprise opportunities within our highest-potential target accounts. As the digital marketing landscape continues to evolve, you'll help enterprise brands navigate increasingly complex partnership and performance marketing strategies to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
You'll become a trusted advisor to senior marketing leaders, building consultative relationships, uncovering strategic business challenges and demonstrating how Partnerize's technology creates long-term value. We're looking for a proactive hunter and accomplished enterprise seller who thrives on generating pipeline, managing complex sales cycles and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Build & Own Your Pipeline: Proactively generate new enterprise opportunities using AI-powered sales tools, intent data, outbound prospecting and strategic account planning.
- Lead Consultative Discovery: Conduct high-impact discovery conversations with senior marketing stakeholders to uncover business challenges and position Partnerize's solutions against measurable commercial outcomes.
- Develop Commercial Business Cases: Build compelling value propositions and ROI-driven business cases that demonstrate revenue growth, operational efficiency and long-term business value.
- Manage Complex Enterprise Sales Cycles: Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes across marketing, procurement, legal, security and finance to progress opportunities from discovery through to close.
- Forecast with Accuracy: Maintain accurate CRM data, manage pipeline health and deliver reliable sales forecasting through disciplined opportunity management.
- Deliver Executive-Level Presentations: Tailor presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate Partnerize's value proposition and differentiate our platform within the partnership ecosystem.
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer engagement and pipeline activity.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Enterprise Sales Experience: Up to five years of quota-carrying experience selling enterprise SaaS, MarTech, digital media or technology solutions into mid-market and enterprise organisations.
- Individual Contributor Mindset: A highly motivated self-starter who enjoys building pipeline from scratch and thrives in a high-autonomy, high-performance sales environment.
- Consultative Selling Expertise: Experience applying value-based sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger or similar frameworks to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Executive Presence: Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to influence and challenge senior decision-makers through consultative conversations.
- AI & Sales Technology: Comfortable leveraging AI-powered sales tools, CRM platforms, sales engagement technologies and intent data to improve prospecting, research and pipeline management.
- Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Knowledge: An understanding of ecommerce, affiliate marketing, partnerships or the wider digital marketing landscape. Direct affiliate marketing experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Modern Marketing Fluency: Strong understanding of today's performance marketing ecosystem, including affiliate marketing, creator partnerships and ecommerce.
- Highly Autonomous & Driven: Exceptionally organised, resilient and self-motivated, with the discipline to manage a high-volume outbound sales cadence while working remotely.
Desired Qualifications & Competencies
- Experience selling MarTech, affiliate marketing or partnership technology solutions.
- Experience working within a high-growth enterprise SaaS organisation.
- Proven success selling into retail, ecommerce or D2C brands.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and modern sales engagement tools.
