Industriemechaniker Fachkraft (m/w/d) NC / konventionell Bohren - befristet auf 12 Monate

In Ihrer Rolle als Industriemechaniker Fachkraft (m/w/d) NC/konventionell Bohren sind Sie für die Bearbeitung von Bohrbearbeitungsaufträgen, Pflege, Wartung und vorbeugende Instandhaltung der Maschine verantwortlich.

Ihre Verantwortung

• Selbstständiges Programmieren, Rüsten, Einrichten der Maschine
• Herstellen von Fertigungsteilen nach Zeichnung und Arbeitsplan.
• Entgraten und manuelles Nachbearbeiten der hergestellten Teile.
• Eigenverantwortliche Qualitätskontrolle (gem. Anweisung Werker-Selbstprüfung)
• Durchführung vorgegebener Prüfungen nach Arbeitsplan
• Richtige Bedienung des Maschinendatenerfassungssystems (Coscom)
• Korrektur von Fehlern nach Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten
• Zusammenstellung und Kennzeichnung von Material zum nachfolgenden Fertigungsvorgang
• Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
• Durchführung der regelmäßigen Wartungen nach Wartungsplan

 
Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Metallberuf vorzugsweise Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder Werkzeugmacher (m/w/d)
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens auf B1-Niveau) sind erforderlich.
• Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Mess- und Prüfmittel
• Bereitschaft zum Schichtbetrieb 
• Maschinengruppe: 
• Donau Danumeric, CNC Schnellradialbohrmaschine mit Ausleger
• Donau Donaumeric, CNC Schnellradialbohrmaschine mit Ausleger
• Ibarmia AZ 34 / Alzmetall AB3
