About the Role
What You Will Do
- Ensure adherence to QCM (Quality Change Management).
- Project Charter generation and approval.
- Project Team formation.
- Project Planning, Tracking & Reporting.
- Liaison between Nexperia's Business Group (BG) and ATCB Change Review Board, Management Team, QA and Operations.
- Facilitate Gate Reviews.
- Post-project release monitoring.
What You Will Need
- Engineering degree with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in Semiconductor Assembly Engineering, QA or Operations.
- Skilled in MS Project, MS Office and other Project Management tools.
- Training and actual experience as Project Leader handling NPI, Alternate Site Qualification, New Materials and New Package Qualification.
- Computer literate (MS Office, SAS JMP or Minitab).
- Knowledgeable in OEE, RCM, MTBA, MTBF, MTTR, SPC, DOE and Machine FMEA.
- Basic knowledge of quality systems such as QS9000/TS16949.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to deliver results through teamwork, coordination and collaboration.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, interdependently and under pressure.
- Able to multitask.
