As a Legal-Intern/Trainee, you will engage in analyzing disputes, developing resolution strategies, and managing legal claims for clients. You will provide advice and support in navigating complex disputes and mitigating potential risks. As an Intern, you will support teams, observe and learn, and participate in projects, focusing on gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, contributing reliably to the team's success.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will have the chance to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities
- Supporting teams in analyzing disputes and developing resolution strategies
- Conducting research to gather evidence and prepare legal briefs
- Participating in claims management and monitoring insurance claims
- Assisting in the preparation for arbitration and trial proceedings
- Applying legal analysis to navigate complex disputes and mitigate risks
- Collaborating with stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and support
- Utilizing claims management systems to enhance performance management
- Engaging in discovery preparation and witness interviews
- Developing legal strategies for corporate and tax litigations
- Observing and learning from experienced professionals in legal compliance and strategy
- Contributing to the management of legal case files and documentation
