Responsible for scheduling FTD/FFS simulators, instructors, and classrooms, as well as client schedules, based on resource capacity and input from the sales team.

Schedule instructor and simulator resources for maximum productivity and advise leadership regarding any constraints.

• Review sales input and development; implement recommendations for resource management to ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure all events are scheduled in accordance with specific regulations and CAE policy.

• Determine and assign instructor resources for instructor training, customer training, FSTD certifications, and maintenance requirements.

• Collaborate with the Training Manager and General Manager to determine instructor qualifications and authorizations in order to appropriately assign instructors to training activities.

• Publish and communicate schedules to instructors and notify them of any subsequent changes.

• Realign and revise schedules for customers, instructors, and resources based on changing user needs and situational factors.
