Take the next step in your property career by managing a diverse retail portfolio across some of Sydney’s most iconic and high-profile public precincts.We are seeking an experienced Retail Property Manager to join our Sydney team and support the delivery of exceptional retail property management services across a prominent NSW portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you will oversee day-to-day retail operations, build strong relationships with retailers and contribute to the financial and operational performance of your assigned precincts. You will collaborate with Leasing, Facilities Management, Events and Asset Management teams in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage day-to-day retail property operations across assigned precincts
Build trusted relationships with retailers and respond to enquiries and operational matters
Oversee lease administration, rent reviews, turnover rent and lease compliance
Support rent collection, arrears management, budgeting and financial reporting
Monitor retailer performance and identify opportunities to improve precinct outcomes
Partner with internal teams to support precinct operations, events and activations
Prepare property reports and support governance, risk and compliance requirements
Help create vibrant, welcoming and commercially successful retail environments
About You
You are a proactive and relationship-focused property professional who enjoys working across busy, customer-facing environments.
You will ideally bring:
Three to five years’ experience in retail property management
A strong understanding of retail leases, property operations and compliance
Experience across retail, mixed-use or precinct environments
Confidence in managing retailer relationships and resolving operational matters
Strong financial, reporting and organizational capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
