In this job, you will;
Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Acts as local on-site representative to customers organization.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 12 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 10 years of professional experience – OR – PhD with 8 years of professional experience
Must have active TS/SCI clearance (in-scope)
Experience working in a customer facility as part of a small, on-site technical team
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an operational environment
Experience serving as the primary technical interface to a customer or user community
Hands-on experience as a VMware administrator (e.g., managing ESXi hosts, vCenter, virtual machines)
Experience administering Windows Server and Windows workstation environments
Experience administering Windows Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, authentication)
Experience with software installation and integration on operational systems
Experience troubleshooting software issues in a production or fielded environment
Working knowledge of installation and integration of the Minotaur baseline (or similar mission system software)
Ability to support up to 10% travel as required by the program
Preferred Qualifications
Full Scope Polygraph and/or SAP eligibility/clearance
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Kubernetes-based containerized applications
Experience deploying and sustaining systems within DoD secure environments (e.g., SIPR, JWICS, SCIF operations)
Experience monitoring and maintaining cybersecurity tools (e.g., endpoint protection, vulnerability scanners, SIEM)
Experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting encryption devices (e.g., TACLANE or similar Type 1 devices)
Experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
Experience supporting or operating Minotaur mission systems or similar ISR/mission system baselines
Strong customer-facing communication skills and experience delivering technical briefings or user training
Prior field engineering or systems engineering experience supporting operational users in austere or remote locations
Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements (e.g., STIGs, RMF, ACAS, HBSS)

Primary Level Salary Range: $139,700.00 - $209,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
