Position Summary
The Senior Manager, People Analytics & Experience Insight leads the development and execution of data-driven strategies that improve workforce effectiveness, team member experience, and organizational performance. This role serves as a strategic partner to Human Resources, Team Member Engagement, Technology, and business leaders, translating workforce and experience data into actionable insights that drive measurable outcomes.
The role is responsible for advancing a modern People Analytics and Experience Insights strategy by combining workforce analytics, employee listening programs, lifecycle measurement, and executive reporting. The Senior Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve key moments across the team member journey, from onboarding through retention and career growth, while fostering a culture of evidence-based decision-making throughout the organization
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Workforce Analytics
- Establish and maintain enterprise people data governance practices, including data definitions, standards, ownership, and quality controls to ensure trusted and consistent workforce insights.
- Partner with HR Technology, IT, and business stakeholders to define and evolve people data domains, data models, and measurement frameworks that support workforce analytics, experience insights, and organizational decision-making.
- Lead the enterprise workforce analytics strategy aligned to business priorities.
- Develop an AI-ready people data strategy by improving data quality, accessibility, governance, and integration across HR systems and data sources.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques, predictive modeling, AI-enabled capabilities, and data visualization tools to generate insights and actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders while maintaining high standards of data quality, governance, and privacy.
- Deliver workforce planning, talent, retention, organizational effectiveness, and productivity insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Establish and monitor workforce metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to assess organizational outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of talent programs, people initiatives, and workforce investments.
Experience Insights
- Partner with Team Member Engagement to analyze employee listening data, survey results, sentiment trends, and feedback collected across the employee lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain experience measurement frameworks, journey analytics, and lifecycle metrics that assess key Team Member experiences and their impact on business outcomes.
- Conduct advanced analytics and driver analyses to identify factors influencing engagement, retention, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Translate quantitative and qualitative feedback into actionable insights and recommendations that improve workforce outcomes.
- Advance organizational AI readiness by identifying opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance employee listening, insight generation, and decision support.
- Partner with Team Member Engagement, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of experience-focused initiatives and measure outcomes.
- Establish experience scorecards, benchmarks, and reporting that enable leaders to monitor progress and make informed decisions.
Executive Reporting & Strategic Insights
- Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and enterprise reporting frameworks that provide timely and meaningful workforce and experience insights.
- Deliver executive and Board-level reporting trends, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
- Create compelling data stories that connect workforce and experience insights to business performance and organizational priorities.
- Establish standards for people metrics, reporting methodologies, and performance measurement.
- Drive reporting automation, self-service analytics, and scalable insight delivery capabilities.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Serve as the organizational leader for People Analytics data stewardship, ensuring alignment across HR, Team Member Engagement, HR Technology, and enterprise data teams.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing People Analytics and Experience Insights team.
- Build strong partnerships across HR, Team Member Engagement, Technology, IT, Finance, and business functions to deliver integrated workforce and experience solutions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve key Team Member experiences and organizational outcomes through data, technology, and process improvements.
- Influence senior leaders through strategic consulting, thought leadership, and data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with Technology to advance analytics platforms, data integration, automation, AI readiness, and digital capabilities.
- Ensure insights translate into measurable actions, business results, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Lead the roadmap for people data maturity, including governance, data quality improvement, analytics enablement, and scalable insight delivery.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in human capital analytics, workforce planning, HR data analysis, or related role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g. DOMO, PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake)
- Experience with HRIS Systems, Workday preferred
- Proven track record of leading complex analytics projects, driving business insights, and influencing decision-making at senior levels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders

Pay
This is a salaried position starting at $94,000.00(or applicable minimum salary, if higher) and pays up to $129,000.00, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this role is eligible for bonuses based on performance metrics.Benefits
