The Opportunity (Job Purpose):
Are you ready to make a visible impact? As our next Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and leading our local team. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):
- Work in conjunction with other departments to understand the business needs for marketing and implement strategies that fit the brand standards.
- In conjunction with leadership, direct and implement the organization’s advertising and promotional brand strategy
- Manages company website, social media and intranet.
- Report on effectiveness of digital advertising, company website, and other company listings and programs; gather metrics for weekly and monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing Analysts to review and analyze data and market trends to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
- OEM Co-op Advertising & Compliance: Manage, submit, and track all manufacturer co-op marketing programs to ensure 100% compliance with OEM brand guidelines and maximize fund utilization/reimbursement.
- With the Parts & Aftermarket department: Promote monthly parts specials, seasonal maintenance campaigns, and eCommerce/online parts ordering platforms.
- With the Service & Body Shop department: Create targeted campaigns highlighting preventive maintenance programs, mobile service units, and technician recruitment efforts.
- With the Sales & Fleet Accounts Department: Develop sales collateral, spec sheets, and digital campaigns targeting commercial fleet buyers, vocational industries, and independent owner-operators.
- With the Leasing & Rental Department: Promote full-service leasing offerings, commercial truck rentals, and contract maintenance programs.
- Local Event & Trade Show Planning: Organize dealership participation in regional trucking association events, fleet customer appreciation days, new model launch showcases, and technician hiring fairs.
- Lead Generation & CRM Integration: Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure marketing-generated leads flow effectively into the dealership CRM system for sales rep follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
- Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):
- Education & Experience: Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; Masters degree preferred and 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Google Office Suite and related marketing software.
