  • Advise senior client stakeholders on commercial governance, contract performance management, procurement analytics, revenue leakage controls, and digital enablement roadmaps.

  • Support business development through proposals, diagnostics, solution design, client workshops, pursuit support, and account growth initiatives.

  • Collaborate with consulting, procurement, legal, finance, technology, tax, risk, and client business teams to deliver integrated outcomes.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams while building reusable analytics assets, accelerators, methodologies, and delivery playbooks.

Candidate Profile

  • Approximately 12 years of relevant experience in contract analytics, spend analytics, procurement analytics, commercial transformation, strategic sourcing, and agentic AI transformation of Source to Contract function.

  • Prior experience in a Big 4, leading consulting firm, global capability center, or large enterprise transformation environment is strongly preferred.

  • Qualified professional with a bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, economics, finance, statistics, supply chain, or a related discipline; MBA, CA, or procurement certifications will be an advantage.

  • Strong ability to convert fragmented contract, spend, supplier, finance, and operational data into executive-ready insights, opportunity pipelines, and implementation roadmaps.

  • Demonstrated leadership in project delivery, stakeholder management, team development, collaboration across functions, and capability building.

  • Experience in shaping solutions, growing accounts, supporting GTM campaigns, and contributing to business development KPIs is preferred.

Preferred Background
  • Experience across sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, infrastructure, airlines, logistics, IT/ITES, professional services, consumer markets, healthcare, or technology.

  • Exposure to ERP, procurement, CLM, spend intelligence, contract analytics, visualization, workflow, or AI-enabled analytics platforms.

  • Track record of delivering measurable outcomes such as cost reduction, revenue uplift, margin improvement, risk reduction, working capital benefit, compliance improvement, and operational efficiency.

What Success Looks Like

  • Build a differentiated contract and spend analytics capability aligned to Big 4 consulting standards.

  • Deliver quantified cost optimization, revenue enhancement, leakage reduction, and compliance improvement outcomes for clients.

  • Strengthen client relationships, collaborate effectively across internal and client teams, and support sustained account growth.
