Description
BASIC FUNCTION:
The Customer Service Intern provides support for the organization’s customers by providing the highest level of customer service possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, production) to resolve issues
- Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships
- Enter and maintain accurate data in relevant systems
- Support additional administrative or customer service tasks as needed
- Provide information to the customers regarding: order status, product availability, product pricing, bill of materials
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an associate degree
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship experience
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
