Job Summary
The Texas Region Capital Finance team is seeking a strategic and collaborative Supervisor, Capital Finance to lead capital planning, forecasting, and financial oversight for our construction portfolio. This role serves as a key business partner to Construction leadership, providing financial guidance and decision support for large-scale network expansion, infrastructure investments, and capital projects. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of analysts; budgeting and forecasting processes, evaluate business cases, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure capital investments align with regional objectives and company strategies. Success in this role requires strong financial acumen, the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and a proactive approach to challenging assumptions, driving accountability, and delivering actionable insights that support operational excellence. Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Supervising team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks and reporting.
Monitoring daily financial operations to maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Reviewing and approving financial transactions, reports, and reconciliations for accuracy and completeness
Coordinating with other departments to address financial needs and support organizational objectives.
Analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, communicating risks and findings, and recommending process improvements effectively.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Network Expansion: Understanding of network expansion strategies and competitive analysis.
Performance Measurement Expertise: Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to track and report on critical business metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Process Improvement Champion: Continuously evaluate and optimize operational processes to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
Financial Modeling Mastery: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial projections for capital projects, actively monitoring actual performance against established plans.
