In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, partnering with business stakeholders, process owners, program teams, IT organizations, and subject matter experts to develop scalable solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, revenue realization, and business outcomes.

You will apply advanced business architecture and process design expertise to solve complex cross-functional challenges spanning the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, including lead management, quoting, pricing, contracting, ordering, fulfillment, invoicing, and revenue recognition. You will provide leadership across transformation initiatives and exercise independent judgment to design and implement sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise strategy.

Role Purpose

This role focuses on designing the business architecture of the Lead-to-Cash ecosystem by aligning process, policy, systems, data, and governance decisions to create a simpler, more scalable, and frictionless experience for customers, partners, sellers, and operational teams. Success is measured by the ability to reduce complexity, improve operational efficiency, accelerate revenue realization, and enable business transformation across the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash value stream.

Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end Lead-to-Cash business processes, operating models, policies, systems, and data solutions for project, program, and operational initiatives.
  • Design scalable and reusable process frameworks, business capabilities, and solution patterns that can be applied across multiple programs and business units.
  • Customize and optimize Lead-to-Cash solutions to address unique business requirements while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
  • Capture, document, and share process architecture artifacts, design decisions, business requirements, and transformation best practices across programs.
  • Oversee implementation and governance of business process, policy, systems, and data architectures within assigned initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of enterprise Lead-to-Cash standards, capabilities, methodologies, and architectural frameworks.
  • Develop future-state business process strategies and multi-year transformation roadmaps that improve customer, partner, and seller experiences.
  • Assess the business impact of process changes, policy decisions, organizational structures, data models, and technology investments.
  • Identify and address process, operational, compliance, and transformation risks across cross-functional initiatives.
  • Provide architectural guidance and review for medium-to-large transformation programs spanning multiple functions and organizations.
  • Partner with Sr Architect and Pillar Product Managers to develop implementation plans, work breakdown structures, and transformation roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate alignment across business, operational, technology, and executive stakeholders to drive decision-making and adoption of Lead-to-Cash solutions.

Education and Experience Required

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business process architecture, program transformation, operations consulting, enterprise transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing business process, policy, systems, and data solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Experience working across multiple business functions to support the design and delivery of medium-to-large transformation programs or operational initiatives.
  • Experience with Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Customer Experience, Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Commercial Operations, or related business processes preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20% as required to support business, program, and stakeholder engagement needs.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into integrated process, policy, systems, and data solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Lead-to-Cash business processes, operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation methodologies.
  • Experience leading the design and implementation of cross-functional business solutions involving multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to evaluate business requirements, identify process gaps and pain points, and recommend scalable solutions that improve customer and operational outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of business architecture, process management, continuous improvement, and transformation frameworks such as BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, ITSM, and enterprise architecture methodologies.
  • Ability to develop business requirements, process maps, operating models, future-state designs, business cases, decision guides, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect process and systems recommendations to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience providing leadership and direction across multi-functional programs, including facilitation of business decisions and alignment of diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across business, operational, and technology organizations.
  • Ability to contribute to transformation initiatives through opportunity identification, solution development, business case support, and value realization planning.
  • Excellent analytical, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex business and operational concepts to diverse audiences.
