Job Description Summary
The Systems Engineer and Engineering Program Manager works in conjunction with Business Project Managers, Engine Platform Leaders, and Design Engineering to meet required program milestones, deliverables, and cost. Systems Engineering addresses technical issues and opportunities in all phases of the product’s life cycle as well as identifies, develops and integrates existing and new products and processes to meet business goals.Systems engineering is a cross-functional engineering discipline centered on an approach, mindset, and process. All activities that consider both the business and the technical needs of the customers with the goal of providing a quality product that meets the users needs. The discipline that executes a robust process of design, creation, and optimization of systems, consisting of identification and quantification of system requirements, creation of alternate system design concepts, performance of design trade studies, selection and implementation of the best designs and verification that the design is properly integrated and executed. Process that proceeds from concept to production to operation.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducts component and product integration. All activities that span multiple components and products and are concerned with how to integrate for maximum performance and operability. Manages product and systems requirements, specifications and flow down. Drives validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including system level testing. Responsible for defining product requirements for the module / component / subcontractors and partners teams. Manages interface between components and execution organizations.
Responsible for driving CTQ / Risk trades within the teams designing the components. Manages the overall product configuration and configuration control system. - Execute with limited guidance the assigned projects that meet business standards, practices and procedures and the product requirements
- Lead assigned International Programs with ownership of Cost, Schedule, and Program deliverables.
- Opportunity to expand role to support Foreign Military Customers
- Resolve customer questions and ensure that customer inquiries are aligned to contractual deliverables, and where there may be opportunities to pursue new contractual arrangements.
- Coordinate and facilitate team meetings with distinct engineering disciplines to ensure collaboration.
- Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developments as appropriate.
- Provide Project Management proficiency to ongoing projects, including facilitating, coordinating and administration of these cross-functional teams.
- Ensure that individual team efforts have the right Program Leadership reviews, Technical Expert visibility and Chief Engineering approvals.
- Provide Cost Account Management to all Program and Project responsibilities
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams supporting Engineering activities for the Engine Line, meet and understand the financial objectives.
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Systems engineering

The base pay range for this position is 149,500.00 - 198,950.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on September 14th, 2026.
