## What you’ll do

• Build and evolve scalable backend applications and services.

• Develop high-quality Java solutions using modern engineering practices.

• Design and enhance microservices-based architectures.

• Contribute to solution architecture and technical standards.

• Mentor developers and support engineering excellence.

• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.

• Deliver reliable software through CI/CD and automated testing.

• Integrate applications with databases, APIs and external systems.

• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize production services.

• Drive innovation across the backend ecosystem.

## Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development.

• Strong Java expertise, ideally Java 11+.

• Advanced knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and Spring Security.

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices.

• Solid understanding of cloud-native and event-driven architectures.

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and Apache Kafka.

• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes and modern CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong testing mindset and experience with automation frameworks.

• Comfortable working in Agile environments.

• Collaborative, proactive and passionate about technology.
