Apply today and become a valued member of our team!Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence.Lead therapeutic interventions addressing ADLs, IADLs, strength, coordination, cognition, and safety.Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and strategies to support continued progress.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment responses to the supervising Occupational Therapist.Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.RequirementsGraduate of (or anticipated graduation from) an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.Current Louisiana OTA license (or eligibility).Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Excellent documentation and time-management skills.Commitment to patient-centered care and functional outcomes.Interest in rural healthcare and collaborative teamwork.Benefits  Health Insurance, dental and vision401 (k) with matching contributionLife InsuranceShort and long-term disabilityFSA & HSA Continuing education allowanceProfessional reimbursement (fees, dues and liability insurance)InReach is an E-Verify employer.
