Overview

You’ll help make global marketing faster, smarter and more personal through AI, automation and emerging technology. Working closely with the SVP, Global Marketing Operations and the wider marketing team, you’ll spot high-value opportunities, build practical solutions and help put new ways of working into place at scale.

 

This role is for someone who likes turning problems into working tools and wants to help improve how a global marketing team operates every day.

How you'll make an impact

You’ll build AI-powered tools, workflows and automations that reduce manual work and help the marketing team move faster. Using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and prompt engineering, you’ll redesign repetitive processes, test new ideas and move the most useful solutions into production.

 

You’ll also connect tools, platforms and data to make global campaigns, content and customer experiences more personal at scale. Along the way, you’ll help create reusable prompts, standards and ways of working that others can use, and you’ll support colleagues with coaching, documentation and hands-on help.

• Partner with marketers to spot manual or inefficient processes and redesign them
• Prototype and test new AI and marketing technology use cases
• Build practical automations and workflows using Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate
• Help improve how data, systems and platforms work together
• Share simple guidance that helps others use AI and automation well

About you

• You have 2+ years of experience developing AI solutions in marketing environments.
• You have practical experience using Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate.
• You can write, test and refine prompts for generative AI.
• You understand APIs, integrations, data and automation concepts.
• You can turn marketers’ needs into workable technical solutions.
• You can explain technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues.
• You’re comfortable working across a global marketing organisation.
• You have a bachelor’s degree.
